All the time! And although we think we’re being kind to ourselves by not facing what we don’t feel competent achieving, this avoidance strategy is feeding our anxiety. Instead, this post talks about bravely embracing our areas of incompetence, head on, and looks at the benefits this can achieve for the whole family.
